 THE WEIMARBAND / PHOTOS It's hard to know where to begin with someone like Ann. Currently a cellist with the New York City Ballet, she got her start at age six studying with Jerome Carrington. At age 10 she entered the pre-college division at The Juilliard School, and made her debut with the Philadelphia Orchestra at age 12. She received her Bachelors degree in -- nope, not music -- Comparative Literature from Princeton University, and her Master of Music degree (back on track, now well-rounded) from The Juilliard School. Like fellow Weimarbanders Martin Kuuskmann and David Rozenblatt, she is a member of the critically-acclaimed Absolute Ensemble, and has a list of other performances and recordings with orchestras and chamber ensembles that will make your head swim.
